Billing

How does the free trial work?

Basic includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged. Pro has no trial period.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time, directly from the app.

What happens if I cancel?

The app stays active until the end of the paid period. No further charges are made after that.

Where will I see the charge?

On your store’s Shopify invoice, alongside your Shopify subscription. No separate card is needed.
